The Barreled Spirit of Prohibition is an interesting experience, first, you experience the lavender and smoke as an aroma. Next, a fresh citrus taste followed by the sweet vanilla. Then, it finishes with a refreshing hit of classic juniper.

Our botanicals soak in the gin for two weeks, then the gin is set in a new oak barrel for two months to gather plenty of those smokey vanilla notes.
