1.5oz Essential Vodka
.5oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Passionfruit Syrup
2-3 Slices of Jalapeno 
Top with Ginger Beer

Add ingredients, except ginger beer, to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds. Rim a highball glass with tajin. Double strain in highball glass with ice and add ginger beer. Garnish with slices of jalapeño.
