Bee’s Knees

2oz Spirit of Prohibition Gin*
.75oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Honey Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well diluted. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
