2oz Spirit of IPA*
.75oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Hot Honey Syrup
Top with Grapefruit Soda**

Combine ingredients, except grapefruit soda, into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well diluted. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit coin.
