Ibisco Negroni

1oz Spirit of Prohibition Gin*
1oz Ibisco Bitter
1oz Sweet Vermouth

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir until well diluted. Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube and garnish with an orange peel.
